Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee direct tax compliance across multiple European entities for corporate income tax and withholding tax obligations.
•Support tax setup and ongoing compliance for newly licensed and regulated entities under MiCAR, EMI, and MiFID frameworks.
•Coordinate preparation, review, and submission of corporate income tax returns, tax provisions, and related reporting.
•Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities across relevant jurisdictions.
•Support tax audits and regulatory reviews, provide tax advice on business initiatives, and monitor relevant Austrian/European/international tax legislation.

Key Requirements

•Solid understanding of tax reporting, tax accounting, and tax risk management processes.
•Professional fluency in English (German is a strong advantage).
