Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and scale the next generation of automation, including workflows, integrations, and AI-driven agents.
  • •Expand Retool’s automation platform beyond internal apps into end-to-end process orchestration and drive customer adoption.
  • •Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to shape automation as a core pillar of Retool’s product strategy.
  • •Decide when AI should act autonomously versus when humans stay in the loop, and design how teams debug, trust, and scale automated systems.
  • •Synthesize noisy customer signals and technical constraints into a clear strategy and roadmap with cross-functional partners.
