Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide clinical guidance for the strategic planning, management, integration, and implementation of health information systems related to InterSystems products.
  • •Play a key role throughout the sales lifecycle, including procurement and bid processes, from opportunity qualification through proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • •Translate clinical requirements into compelling solution narratives aligned to customer objectives.
  • •Advise healthcare organisations on how health information solutions can address clinical, operational, and transformation goals and provide strategic insight to product and executive teams.
  • •Provide clinical and product input across InterSystems and customer teams to increase clinical knowledge and adoption; represent InterSystems with clinical societies and advisory boards.

Key Requirements

  • •MD or nursing degree with a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience (ideally 2+ years in an eHealth role).
  • •Strong grasp of clinical workflow in community, acute, or mental health settings, with interest in health information systems and outcomes measurement.
  • •Experience and/or knowledge across Healthcare Analytics, Clinical Decision Support systems, Evidence Based Medicine, Clinical Quality Measures, and Electronic Health Record systems.
  • •Contemporary clinician knowledge of major healthcare and managed care trends, including point of care products and medical informatics trends/tools.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and act as a consensus builder (verbal and written communication, presentation, and time management).
