Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Two or more years of experience in manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, reliability engineering, or a related hardware environment.
  • •Experience with root-cause analysis, corrective action, or comparable risk and failure-investigation methods.
  • •Experience with CNC, welding, and special processes such as NDE, PT, MT.
  • •Ability to collaborate across design, manufacturing, test, operations, and program teams to resolve technical problems.
