Field Claims Specialist II, Property Content (Pittsburgh, PA - WFH)

Investigate and evaluate moderate to severe property losses focused on damaged contents, including onsite and virtual inspections. Meet with customers or representatives to complete damaged contents inventories, research pricing, and coordinate vendor work for cleaning, restoring, and replacing items. Handle assigned claims with delegated authority, determine coverage, maintain reserves, and submit required reports while delivering outstanding customer service and mentoring associates as needed.
