Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end performance and power readiness for assigned Data Center SSD programs from early FW maturity through customer qualification.
  • •Ensure delivery of high-quality performance and power data aligned to program goals and drive program status updates to Product Development and stakeholders.
  • •Perform in-depth performance analysis and root-cause debug, understanding firmware behaviors, state machines, and hardware interactions.
  • •Plan and forecast infrastructure and development needs; ensure appropriate performance test levels per program phase and customer requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Firmware, Architecture, Systems, QA, and PDT; drive process alignment and continuously improve performance methods, coverage, and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong background in SSD performance and power characterization.
  • •Hands-on experience with data analysis, workload execution, and performance debugging.
  • •Solid understanding of firmware–hardware interactions impacting latency, bandwidth, and power.
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to internal and external partners.
