Provide on-site occupational healthcare at a local construction site by delivering first aid, health screenings, immunizations, and preventive health education. Coordinate with the lead nurse and site safety/EMTs, document injuries and reports, and support return-to-work assessments. Work independently with flexible PRN scheduling while remaining visible and approachable in an outdoor jobsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess and provide first aid for occupational injuries or illnesses with accurate documentation
•Coordinate emergency response with onsite EMTs or safety personnel

•Perform basic health screenings and specimen collections for drug and alcohol screenings, as applicable
•Administer immunizations and lead employee health and wellness initiatives, including group activities

Key Requirements

•Active RN license
•BLS or ACLS certification
•Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Comfort working independently outdoors in various weather conditions
