Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate via radio with pilots and respond to crew operational questions and flight service requests.
  • •Facilitate aircraft turns and coordinate with fueling, cabin cleaning, and catering to mitigate issues and achieve on-time departures.
  • •Create and adjust gating plans (including international arrival gating) to optimize connections and manage gate conflicts.
  • •Provide taxi instructions, oversee de-icing activities, and coordinate prioritized aircraft handling at certain airports.
  • •Monitor and update flight information (FLIFO) and power/air table data in station scope of responsibility; coordinate dispatcher/dispatch updates and code flight delays to record AYR failures.
