Key Responsibilities

•Design and run the go-to-market motion, including ICP, pricing, packaging, and the first repeatable sales playbook for a developer-led product.
•Own the customer lifecycle end-to-end (first touch through expansion) and build systems that make revenue predictable.
•Run the financial model, fundraising narrative, and the metrics the team and board steer by.
•Build the operational backbone across hiring pipeline, finance, legal, vendors, and internal tooling so the company scales.
•Execute ambiguous bets through completion, such as launches, competitive responses, pricing changes, and new markets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

•Have owned commercial or operational work at an early-stage company, run a hard problem in consulting or banking with operator-level rigor, or built something of your own with evidence of results.
•Take an ambiguous business problem, define the next useful step, and ship without waiting for someone to tell you the right answer.
•Think in systems and numbers: build models, read cohort data, and explain implications clearly to both engineers and board members.
•Write clearly for investor updates, customer narratives, and internal docs—sharp, structured, and concise.
•Hold enough technical depth to discuss what the product does with engineers and support selling something complex.
