Job Summary

Area Supervisor responsible for leading and coordinating field scanning teams across supermarkets and pharmacy accounts, optimizing routes, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable performance insights. You will manage blue-collar teams, maintain dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve scanning operations and content quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and manage the daily scanning schedule and route optimization for the team across assigned areas.
•Lead, coach, and supervise scanners on-ground while monitoring attendance, productivity, and KPIs.
•Build and maintain structured operational trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets and Excel for performance monitoring, audits, attendance, productivity, and scanning coverage.
•Analyze operational performance and provide action plans to improve scanning efficiency, accuracy, and execution quality.
•Conduct regular audits to ensure scanned data accuracy, content quality, pricing accuracy, and catalog completeness.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years of experience in supermarkets, pharmacies, FMCG, retail operations, or related field operations.
•Minimum 2+ years of experience managing blue-collar teams and field operations.
•Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reporting, dashboards, pivot tables, tracking systems, and data analysis.
•Strong experience in people management, team coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
•Experience working on-ground and handling field operational challenges.
