Coordinateur d'Exploitation H/F

Coordinate the daily operations of a Keolis urban transport subsidiary and its interurban depot. You’ll manage real-time scheduling, handle operational incidents (breakdowns, weather, accidents, absences), ensure staff safety, and oversee payroll-prep support with HR. You’ll also drive service quality via customer request handling and KPIs, manage staffing coverage and planning, and handle fleet/driver data collection and equipment readiness.
