Key Responsibilities

•Leads multiple project teams of electrical hardware engineers and partners for all stages of design and development of complex products, solutions, and platforms
•Conducts part qualification via product quality plans, equipment inspections, factory tests, and manufacturing qualifications
•Expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design
•Reviews designs and activities for compliance with guidelines and standards; provides actionable feedback to improve quality
•Identify trends and opportunities to optimize output, quality, cost of delivery
•Provides domain-specific expertise and leadership to cross-organization projects and programs

Salary: USD 116,150 - 182,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
•Typically 7-10 years of experience in electrical design and related tools and hardware architecture
•Proficient in C++, MATLAB and Python; experience with FPGA
•Experience with PCB design, schematic capture, debugging and simulations
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff
