Key Responsibilities

•Manage all aspects of the assigned hourly workforce including attendance, time off, rewards, training, and communications.
•Define and implement plans to achieve business objectives across Quality and Financial Metrics.
•Meet defined cell-level metrics for cost, quality, delivery, and EH&S.
•Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to enhance quality, reduce cycle time, and cut costs.
•Implement root-cause corrective actions to maintain quality standards and meet schedules.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree with 3+ years also acceptable

•Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment (2+ years preferred)
