Job Summary

Serve as a strategic advisor and Chief of Staff to the Division Vice President, shaping and executing divisional commercial strategy. Lead planning, forecasting, performance management, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence. Drive executive communications, operational rigor, and transformative initiatives across multiple markets, while coaching the Commercial Operations team and strengthening OKR alignment and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with divisional leadership to develop and execute commercial strategies and plans across markets and teams.
•Lead divisional planning (including Annual Operating Plan) and define/monitor KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
•Run divisional forecasting processes aligned across Sales, Finance, and distributor partners, and consolidate insights into executive business reviews.
•Support product and innovation planning, including validating assumptions, coordinating with Supply Chain and Sales on availability/inventory, and aligning on allocations and portfolio changes.
•Lead team development and OKR alignment for Commercial Operations by coaching members and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,200 - 220,300

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
•10+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Business Planning, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, or related functions.
•Proven success leading strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management across cross-functional initiatives.
•Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making ability to translate insights into business actions.
•Ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex stakeholder relationships; experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
