Key Responsibilities

•Manage and prioritize sales analytics requests and automate regular reporting to support the sales organization
•Maintain and optimize data infrastructure including databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes
•Develop repeatable processes and frameworks for common analyses and reporting
•Audit data outputs for anomalies and reporting errors to ensure accuracy
•Collaborate with analytics, sales ops, marketing ops, and finance to uphold data quality standards and evaluate new data sources/tools

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations or sales data analytics role
•Working knowledge of the business including sales go-to-market and planning
•Technical experience in B2B sales analytics with hands-on experience using Salesforce and Clari
•Experience with data warehousing and BI tools like BigQuery and Looker (proficient in SQL) or Tableau/PowerBI
•Experience with dbt and version control systems like git
