  • •Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of AV projects, supporting on-time and profitable delivery.
  • •Conduct contract reviews and ensure compliance throughout project delivery.
  • •Review procurement and subcontractor packages; assess, value, and authorise subcontractor payments.
  • •Prepare and submit valuations, progress applications, invoices, and monthly cost reports with financial forecasting and cash-flow forecasts.
  • •Track variations/compensation events and support negotiation and agreement of final accounts, including regular site visits.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
  • •Working knowledge of industry-standard contracts, including NEC, JCT, FIDIC, and bespoke AV contracts.
  • •Experience managing budgets, cost reports, and forecasting for technical projects.
  • •Ability to analyse, measure, and value work completed in line with contract terms.
  • •Proficient in Office 365 applications; experience with project scheduling software (plus experience with Aconex is a bonus).
