Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction and leadership across assigned projects and project portfolios.
  • •Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and design through execution, completion, and handover.
  • •Set project priorities, delivery strategies, governance frameworks, and performance standards to meet budget, timeline, scope, and quality requirements.
  • •Monitor project performance and identify risks, delays, commercial issues, and dependencies; ensure mitigation measures are implemented.
  • •Lead and coordinate project delivery teams and stakeholders; review major plans and escalations, and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and health & safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Master’s degree or MBA (advantage).
  • •Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Significant senior leadership experience managing large-scale, complex projects in development, construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • •Proven experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary project teams, with strong commercial, contractual, financial, and risk management skills.
