Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a global team of Performance Steering Leads, setting long-term vision for metric governance and efficiency reviews.
  • •Oversee global KPI governance and set aggressive yet achievable targets for core metrics across global service teams and vendor partners.
  • •Utilize advanced statistical methods (e.g., Variance Significance Factor, standard deviation analysis) to eliminate operational performance gaps.
  • •Serve as final escalation point for RCAs and ensure triggers lead to immediate, measurable remediation actions.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to translate operational performance data into product requirements and identify where automation can reduce Operational Debt.

Salary: EUR 6,600 - 8,900 monthly
