Lead a global team of Performance Steering Leads to drive data-driven capacity planning, reduce operational variance, and align product capabilities with operational needs across Customer Support, KYC/FinCrime, and Payment Operations. Build KPI governance, develop remediation programs, and partner with Product & Engineering to automate manual bottlenecks while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a global team of Performance Steering Leads, setting long-term vision for metric governance and efficiency reviews.
•Oversee global KPI governance and set aggressive yet achievable targets for core metrics across global service teams and vendor partners.
•Utilize advanced statistical methods (e.g., Variance Significance Factor, standard deviation analysis) to eliminate operational performance gaps.
•Serve as final escalation point for RCAs and ensure triggers lead to immediate, measurable remediation actions.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to translate operational performance data into product requirements and identify where automation can reduce Operational Debt.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 6,600 - 8,900 monthly

•7+ years of leadership in high-growth operations with teams of leads or senior ICs
•Expert-level SQL and data visualization skills
•Deep understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) and efficiency metrics
•Ability to translate complex operational data into a compelling narrative for senior stakeholders
