Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and analyze requisitions to determine quantity/specifications and delivery requirements.
  • •Recommend and select suppliers from an approved list and support supplier onboarding for material planning.
  • •Maintain up-to-date ABC classification and ensure optimal inventory levels and safety stock for assigned parts.
  • •Monitor and manage shortages—identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions, and expedite deliveries for critical requirements.
  • •Interface with production planners and other functional groups when parts cannot be delivered as promised, and maintain supplier performance and invoicing discrepancy resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/B-Tech Mechanical or any graduate.
  • •5-7 years of experience required.
  • •Experience as a Material Planner, Supply Chain, or similar role.
  • •Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems, including material requirements planning (MRP).
  • •Excellent analytical/problem-solving and strong organizational/communication skills.
