Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair domestic premium appliances at customer locations, using factory training, service manuals, and computerized tools. Travel locally to install, level, and adjust equipment, and educate customers on proper use. Maintain company vehicle and inventory, complete warranty documentation, and uphold safety standards while delivering excellent customer service in a hands-on, field-based role.
