Key Responsibilities

  • •Source the unsourceable: build creative pipelines to discover top 0.01% talent through unconventional channels and technical communities.
  • •Assess at the highest technical bar: design and execute rigorous sourcing and evaluation processes to identify truly exceptional technical capability.
  • •Build scalable talent infrastructure: create sourcing playbooks, assessment frameworks, and data systems to maintain quality at speed as we scale.
  • •Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on strategy and seniority requirements for critical roles.
  • •Move candidates through the process quickly while maintaining high signal and rigor.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of sourcing experience with proven track record sourcing top 0.01% technical talent (specific hires you're proud of).

  • •Deep sourcing expertise across technical communities—GitHub, arXiv, technical conferences, niche Discord/Slack groups, academic networks.
