Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives with consumers.
•Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Be 16 years or older.
•Have flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Take a team-first approach and be eager to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Be able to move merchandise with appropriate equipment between the backroom and sales floor.
•Lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
