Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end One Learn platform logistics for closed-session offerings across Learning & Development, including course, session, and enrollments.
  • •Execute designated operational intake tasks within Learning Planner.
  • •Provide consultative support to enterprise learning professionals on LMS capabilities, best practices, and optimization opportunities.
  • •Monitor enrollments, waitlists, and completion trends; generate reporting to inform session capacity and availability decisions.
  • •Deliver high-touch support to facilitators and learners, reconcile rosters, and liaise with clients and product teams to resolve issues.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in LMS administration, learning operations, or client-facing program logistics.
  • •Experience managing corporate learning logistics or LMS operations in an enterprise environment (preferred).
  • •Experience consulting on LMS functionality, learner experience, or learning gamification strategies (preferred).
