Key Responsibilities

  • •Run upgrades/retrofit program administration across the portfolio, leading multiple projects across global locations.
  • •Develop and manage program budgets, cash flow, commitment tracking, and approval of spend with the client’s Cost Control team.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate master project timeline and master project budget using critical path and key milestones.
  • •Draft program reporting and update quarterly forecasts, budget spend status, and funding requests; communicate schedule, budget, and performance health.
  • •Lead teams and stakeholders (including project controls and contractors/A&E) across risk management, costs/change controls, QA/QC, document control, and lessons learned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering (preferred).
  • •At least 5+ years of program management experience, including at least 3 years focused on data center infrastructure or critical environments.
  • •Formal program management methods/standard methodologies experience.
  • •Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with a proven record delivering high-quality programs.
  • •Experience with change management and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
