Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex end-to-end technical implementations of Synapse products across banking and restricted enterprise environments, including on-premise, private cloud, and air-gapped deployments.
  • •Lead technical architecture discussions covering network topology, security boundaries, authentication/authorization, data flows, API exposure, integration patterns, observability, high availability, disaster recovery, and operational ownership.
  • •Design and implement complex integrations between Synapse products and enterprise systems, including core banking platforms, internal APIs, data warehouses/data lakes, Kafka/messaging, Oracle/SQL Server, identity and access management, and legacy applications.
  • •Lead deployment and orchestration of Synapse applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux; define upgrade/migration/rollback, patching, configuration management, and production rollout strategies.
  • •Investigate and resolve critical production issues as a senior escalation point, and produce/review technical artifacts such as architecture documents, API documentation, integration specs, deployment runbooks, and operational handover documents.

Key Requirements

  • •4–7+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, systems integration, solutions engineering, DevOps, backend engineering, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise technical implementation.
  • •Strong hands-on software engineering experience with Python and API development using FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
  • •Strong experience deploying and operating production applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux.
  • •Significant experience in on-premise, private cloud, air-gapped, or highly restricted enterprise environments.
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise networking and production troubleshooting (firewalls, VPNs, proxies, routing, load balancers, DNS, TLS/SSL, certificates).
