Key Responsibilities

  • •Support AI-driven solutions in the built environment through projects spanning AI product management, workflow automation, and competitive/Voice of Customer analysis.
  • •Help with controls integration, building data mapping, and deployment of AI-driven HVAC optimization.
  • •Perform energy analysis and building performance assessments to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, deployment, and data science teams to create documentation, dashboards, reports, and communication materials.
  • •Test, validate, or deploy AI-enabled functionalities and translate findings into clear recommendations for continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 22.5 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a BS/BA (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or similar) with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0+ and an interest in a career in AI.
  • •At least one internship or other work experience.
  • •Leadership skills demonstrated through campus organizations, sports team captain roles, resident advisor work, or exceptional leadership on work projects.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with adaptability and initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • •Bilingual French-English required, including full professional proficiency in English; familiarity with AI concepts and building systems or energy technologies (as applicable), plus tools such as Python, SQL, Jira, or Asana (asset).
