Job Summary

Lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and supporting daily retail operations. •Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and store cleanliness/recovery standards.
•Oversee store-wide operations with the Store Manager by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across teams to ensure smooth execution.
•Handle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and asset protection procedures including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
•Serve as a brand ambassador and model best practices to drive sales performance and improve individual KPIs.

•Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function.
