Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Solutions & Implementation leads with product configuration, data preparation, and implementation for the first 12 months.
  • •Implement optimal solutions for customers to deliver meaningful value using deep product knowledge.
  • •Over time, take on more customer-facing responsibilities starting in months 12–24 and help deliver deployment milestones.
  • •Become a product expert in configuring the platform, building workflows, and developing new use cases.
  • •Help coordinate and drive progress toward launch, maintaining organization and planning to achieve deployment milestones.
