Key Responsibilities

•Support Solutions & Implementation leads with product configuration, data preparation, and implementation for the first 12 months.
•Implement optimal solutions for customers to deliver meaningful value using deep product knowledge.
•Over time, take on more customer-facing responsibilities starting in months 12–24 and help deliver deployment milestones.
•Become a product expert in configuring the platform, building workflows, and developing new use cases.
•Help coordinate and drive progress toward launch, maintaining organization and planning to achieve deployment milestones.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 33,000 - 55,000 annually

•Up to 3 years of experience in a top-tier, fast-paced environment, such as internships, consulting, or startup/scale-up experience.
•Track record of exceptional performance in academia, work, or other high-achievement settings.
•Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn new products, tools, and processes and become a product expert.
•Strong work ethic and willingness to put in effort during the first 12–24 months to master the product.
•Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication with senior stakeholders.
