Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with customers to diagnose problems, scope fixes, and ship solutions end to end.
  • •Own system design for customer deployments, balancing correctness, scale, and speed based on the situation.
  • •Explain plans and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, and core Engineering to translate learnings into the product roadmap.
  • •Help define how the Forward Deployed function runs as it grows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Have built and shipped full-stack products end to end, with frontend strength in React and TypeScript and backend experience that holds up in production.
  • •Prototype quickly from real customer usage, preferring shipping and iterating over getting designs perfect on paper.
  • •Communicate exceptionally well: run customer calls, scope vague asks into concrete plans, and write up agreements so outcomes are clear.
  • •Have strong product sense: distinguish what customers asked for vs. what they actually need, and decide whether work should become product, stay bespoke, or stop entirely.
  • •Own outcomes with minimal scaffolding in an early-stage, ambiguous environment; stay calm through bugs, delays, and de-scoping conversations.
