Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide authoritative advice and professional expertise in contracts and procurement support for major construction projects.
  • •Support end-to-end advisory services for key account clients, including strategic procurement and contract advice.
  • •Develop and implement contracting strategies, including risk identification, quantification, and allocation.
  • •Draft RFPs, evaluate scorecards and contracts, and support the vendor procurement process.
  • •Manage and update contract team trackers, review proposal documentation (e.g., SOWs/MPAs), and support delivery of business targets (including SOX controls where applicable).

Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry and/or contract services for large-scale capital investment projects.
  • •Working knowledge of various forms of contracts used to deliver construction projects.
  • •Experience working in a multi-contracted environment.
  • •Degree or equivalent in construction or a related course of study.
  • •Confident working independently and collaboratively, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
