Job Summary

Ensure aircraft parts and tools are properly controlled, stocked, packed, and prepared for delivery to support scheduled maintenance operations. You will follow local procedures and FAA/CASA requirements, maintain accurate paperwork and delivery notes, conduct audits to verify stock levels, manage minimum/maximum stock thresholds, and record tool issues/returns in the Tool Management System. The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor in a Los Angeles maintenance facility supporting wide-body fleets.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain integrity of aircraft parts and tooling, including paperwork and delivery notes per procedures.
•Follow Local Area Procedures and FAA/CASA (or relevant civil aviation authority) regulations.
•Conduct periodic audits and maintain accurate stock levels, including minimum/maximum stock thresholds.
•Source aircraft spares, consumables, and tools from other operators.
•Ensure tools are calibrated and records maintained, and record issues/returns in the Tool Management System.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 - 27 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in stores or warehousing (aviation highly desirable).
•Computer literacy including MS Office.
•Valid driver’s license.
•Basic understanding of technical documentation.
•Ability to clear government and customs security and background checks, and physically lift 30kg.
