Job Summary

Originate commercial real estate loans on behalf of investors through CMBS, Life Companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Debt Fund executions. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Relationship Managers to strengthen existing banking relationships and develop new multifamily real estate accounts.
•Create and manage client-prospect relationships, including exit strategies and ongoing client interaction.
•Co-manage the existing portfolio of maturing loans to position Key for permanent financing.
•Mine servicing portfolios (CMBS, Life Company, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Debt Fund) to identify refinancing alternatives.
•Ensure clients understand commercial and multifamily product capabilities, tailor solutions via a consultative sales process, and represent KeyBank in the marketplace.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Business-related degree; advanced degree preferred.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and multifamily real estate permanent lending with a proven record of loan production.
•Expectation to produce $200M+ annually in CMBS, Life Company, and Debt Fund production.
•Strong sales and marketing skills, including negotiation of commercial and multifamily loan products.
•Strong financial analysis, including reviewing borrower financial statements and performing portfolio analysis and projections.
