Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, coach, develop, and lead a branch team to provide excellent client service and achieve branch goals.
  • •Analyze client needs and recommend financial solutions that support clients’ financial wellness and goals.
  • •Ensure branch operations compliance with regulatory, security, audit procedures, and internal controls; complete operational tasks on time.
  • •Lead outside calling and community outreach to grow small business relationships, using centers of influence and referral networks.
  • •Manage staffing, scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and conduct coaching and performance management for direct reports.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales capacity with demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
  • •General understanding of financial statements and concepts (required).
  • •Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
