Join the Marketing Data Science team to drive data-driven decisions for SoFi’s Direct Mail channel. You’ll lead end-to-end campaign workflows (pre-screened and invitation-to-apply), define underwriting and suppression logic, manage approvals, and measure ROI. Partner with marketing managers, channel owners, and third-party partners to optimize targeting, conversion, and efficiency, while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to translate business goals into actionable, data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end Direct Mail campaigns (pre-screened and invitation-to-apply) across products, including defining data sources/logic, executing code, validating results, managing approvals, and tracking performance.
•Manage campaign schedules and deliverables by monitoring each step, escalating issues, and proposing resolution actions.
•Manage an offshore team by providing project assignments, technical guidance, and coaching while coordinating execution and validation.
•Partner with channel owners and marketing managers to optimize target audiences, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
•Measure and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI, translating business objectives into data-driven tactics and presenting results to senior management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,600 - 264,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or another quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
•8+ years of relevant marketing experience in financial services, focused on pre-screened/pre-approved campaigns.
•Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau.
•Experience building data pipelines with Airflow, preferably with Snowflake.
•Demonstrated experimentation and hypothesis testing experience; knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning is a plus.
