Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up materials and equipment for batch making, support incoming-shift setup, and perform batch making, packaging, product set-ups, and changeovers.
  • •Complete SAP order confirmations and related SAP processes; operate/maintain equipment and assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement; guide and train new/temporary employees as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Demonstrated batch making competency in one or more Sika manufacturing processes.
  • •Approximately 1 year experience as a Sika Operator or extensive manufacturing experience in a similar industry.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
  • •Must be flexible to work any shift and overtime as business requires, with excellent attendance and ability to operate a forklift and other equipment as trained.
