Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and operational leadership for Regional Centre of Excellence finance services across Africa, including Accounting to Reporting, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and Cash Application.
  • •Develop and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
  • •Drive process excellence through digitalisation, automation, and LEAN methodologies, supporting process harmonisation across the region.
  • •Ensure compliance with The Epiroc Way and global standards while enabling seamless governance and service delivery.
  • •Monitor performance and financial KPIs and take action to achieve operational and cost-efficiency targets.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •At least 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business controlling leadership roles within global organizations.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing a team in a global or regional setting.
  • •Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong expertise in change management to guide and coach teams through transformation.
