Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete FCMA onboarding and roadmap activities from day one through program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
  • •Develop and demonstrate consultative sales skills to identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Build customer relationships by providing a memorable customer experience and staying knowledgeable about products, services, processes, and internal resources.
  • •Learn to use a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) approach and develop an integrated book of business strategy across channels.
  • •Learn how to source, develop, coach, and lead a team that reinforces core values and business strategies; support ethical conduct and community activities.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
  • •Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
  • •Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
