Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive scheduled cycle counts and adjust stock as needed to prevent out-of-stock SKUs.
  • •Utilize and interpret data and reports to reduce shrinkage and support daily operational duties.
  • •Monitor and investigate negative stock levels and follow up with the store team as required.
  • •Manage stock receiving, replenishment, and returns, including liaison with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
  • •Train and educate the wider team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures, partnering with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous retail stock management experience with cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, and inventory/P&L of stock levels.
  • •Experience managing shrinkage through negative stock monitoring and investigation with follow-up to the store team.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint; SAP experience is desirable.
  • •Ability to work a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs.
  • •Suitable physical fitness to lift and shift boxes up to 15kg.
