Senior Platform Solution Consultant will own the technical narrative in enterprise deals, designing no-code decisioning workflows, mapping customer requirements to Socure’s orchestration platform, and guiding integration architecture from discovery to go-live across Fortune 100 banks and fintechs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead discovery calls and translate customer needs into a solution design that architects will implement within the RiskOS/no-code decisioning platform.
•Negotiate integration architecture (REST vs. SDK, sync vs. async, endpoint-only vs. full orchestration) with technical buyers while addressing security reviews and governance constraints.
•Co-author mutual action plans with the Account Executive, identify blockers, and drive to close despite redlines or security/legal hurdles.
•Demo the no-code decisioning platform to diverse audiences (from VPs to staff engineers) and tailor the story to each stakeholder.
•Escalate real customer requirements to Product and Engineering and push back when requested features aren’t right for the customer.

Key Requirements

•6+ years total experience in a customer-facing technical sales role (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales or similar)
•At least 3 years in a customer-facing technical sales role and proven technical ownership on complex enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV)
•Experience configuring, demoing, or deploying a SaaS platform as part of the sales motion, not just presenting slides
•Strong communication skills across audiences and the ability to run technical deep-dives and articulate business value to executives
•Comfort with APIs, JSON, basic SQL, and reasoning about distributed systems from a buyer perspective
