Key Responsibilities

  • •Debug issues found during Silicon bring-up, Post-Silicon Validation, and production phases of SOC programs.
  • •Lead complex debugging efforts for internal Silicon findings to identify root cause and resolution.
  • •Ensure issues are solved on time with quality and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • •Manage and track technical issues, risks and priorities to un-gate program milestones.
  • •Publish debug program indicators and drive changes to improve debug throughput across global teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering (or equivalent) with 15+ years of applicable experience.
  • •Extensive experience in validation roles involving debugging OS, firmware, silicon, and hardware issues.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • •Deep knowledge of data center hardware/software stacks and PC industry standards (e.g., PCIe, CXL).
