Job Summary

Lead stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communications for major infrastructure and development projects across Ireland. Develop communications strategies, project narratives, key messages, and collateral for digital audiences, media, communities, statutory bodies, and elected representatives. Map and engage stakeholders, support survey-based consultation, manage feedback channels, and plan physical and virtual events. Liaise with internal/external clients on reporting, customer service, and help drive business development via proposals and tenders.

•Identify and map key stakeholders and establish engagement strategy and delivery plans for client projects.

•Plan and deliver physical and virtual events, handling logistics and safety/wellbeing, developing tailored materials, Q&As, and briefing colleagues.

•Develop connections within AECOM to identify new opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering communications, engagement, and consultation on projects of different sizes, ideally including major infrastructure schemes.
•Experience across relevant sectors such as infrastructure, energy, water, transport, and/or residential and commercial development, engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
•Strong personal communication skills, cultural awareness, and a focus on inclusion and accessibility.
•Proactive, collaborative work style with ability to generate new ideas for engagement.
•Hold a degree in a relevant subject (or have equivalent relevant experience).
