Job Summary

Serve as a senior systems integration resource for NTT DATA, working on Life insurance (Life UL and annuity), Whole Life and Term product domains. Apply deep mainframe expertise to support, develop, enhance, and maintain insurance systems and commissions capabilities. Own development and production cycle support (batch cycle), covering all phases of the software development lifecycle using Waterfall and Agile, while partnering with end users and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Support, develop, enhance, and maintain Life insurance/commissions systems and related applications.
•Provide development and production cycle support for batch cycles.
•Execute work across all phases of the software development lifecycle, following Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
•Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather needs and ensure support for business requirements.
•Contribute as a senior hands-on team member and present outcomes effectively with strong client/customer communication.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Life insurance and annuity systems, including Whole Life and Term product experience.
•Expertise in Micro Focus and mainframe coding.
•Hands-on development skills in COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, PL1, REXX, and CICS as a developer.
•Knowledge of Insurance Life systems and commissions concepts.
•Experience across development and production cycle support (batch cycle) and in all phases of the software development lifecycle using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
