Job Summary

Provide on-site and remote IT support for Airwallex employees and contractors, serving as the “face” of IT for the Americas. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and Apple devices, support SaaS tools, and deliver meeting-room and all-hands AV assistance. Own onboarding and offboarding workflows, maintain documentation and knowledge guides, and triage requests while partnering with the global IT ops team.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees and contractors, acting as the first point of contact when issues arise.
•Troubleshoot hardware and software problems across Windows and Apple devices (macOS/iOS).
•Provide SaaS troubleshooting and basic administration for tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
•Support meeting-room and all-hands AV and other office technology needs.
•Run new hire IT onboarding events and own offboarding processes, including laptop recovery and refreshing.

Key Requirements

•Must have prior macOS support experience.
•Experience with basic administration of Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, and Zoom.
•Strong, demonstrated communication skills in English (written and verbal).
•Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills for time-sensitive, empathetic support.
•Intermediate networking troubleshooting knowledge (wifi, DNS, and office networks).
