  • •Ability to develop and implement production manufacturing instructions using technical writing skills.
  • •Test and review products using non-destructive test methods specific to bond testing, including programming test equipment and reviewing test reports.
  • •Ability to modernize the Heated Composite’s manufacturing process to reduce labor time, increase productivity, and reduce reliance on WIP and inventory.
  • •Ability to maintain and improve product profitability and yield by reducing SRR and operating costs where possible.
