Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for one or more Research Operations product areas and translate strategic goals into a concrete product plan.
  • •Define and improve the systems that govern intake, prioritization, resource allocation, execution visibility, quality management, and operational planning to create a world-class researcher experience.
  • •Partner with engineers to design, build, and launch tools that increase operational efficiency and improve user experience.
  • •Collaborate with Strategic Project Leads to identify recurring execution bottlenecks and convert manual workflows into scalable systems.
  • •Establish operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that improve decision-making and visibility.
