Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Educate homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Maintain technical excellence through coaching and support while progressing within the organization.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to help ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
