Job Summary

Lead ICT risk management across SEB’s Baltic banks, ensuring the security and continuity of ICT operations. Develop ICT risk scenarios and controls, monitor and report aggregated ICT risk profiles to management, and provide guidance on ICT regulatory and compliance matters. Partner with internal and external teams to align standards and lead a team of three to deliver ICT risk objectives, reporting into Product Development & Technology leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, evaluate, and mitigate ICT risks to ensure security and continuity of ICT operations.
•Develop and maintain ICT risk scenarios, set ICT controls, and manage business continuity within the ICT domain.
•Continuously monitor and report aggregated ICT risk levels to relevant management.
•Provide expertise and guidance on ICT-related regulatory and compliance matters.
•Lead and develop a team of three by setting priorities, driving accountability, and supporting delivery of ICT risk objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,150 - 6,250 monthly

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in ICT risk management and technology, ideally in financial institutions or other regulated industries.
•Strong competence in risk management, IT service management, information security, and business continuity management.
•Understanding of European regulations for ICT risk and information security management.
•Proven ability to drive and manage risk management processes across the organization.
•Fluency in English (written and spoken) for daily work in a Baltic team and Baltic-level projects.
