Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a member of the Global Executive Team and contribute to regional and enterprise-level strategy and decision-making.
  • •Develop and execute a region-specific strategic roadmap aligned with corporate objectives, including setting revenue, market share, product, and vertical growth targets.
  • •Own full P&L accountability for the region, including leading budget preparation, delivering profitability targets through cost management, and driving disciplined execution of strategic initiatives.
  • •Develop and execute product and pricing strategies, define priority trade lanes and verticals, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and sustainable sales growth.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable laws and governance standards, manage financial/operational/regulatory/reputational risks, and represent the company with key customers, partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • •12+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight, express, or a related industry, including regional/multi-country management and P&L ownership.
  • •Senior executive leadership experience with a proven track record of regional strategy development and execution across multiple markets.
  • •Strong experience in budgeting and financial management with full P&L accountability, translating commercial strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in driving commercial growth, partnering with commercial and operational teams, and managing compliance, governance, and risk.
