Middleware L3 Expert responsible for environment build, ongoing operation, and evolution of Citrix NetScaler architectures. Leads patch management, upgrades, and collaboration with PMs and technical teams for planned system changes, upgrades, and run-the-business tasks. Develop automation using shell/Python, maintain middleware infra across pre-production and production, and ensure security/compliance standards.
