Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage assigned products across the entire lifecycle (post-NPD to phase-out), ensuring competitiveness in performance, cost, and reliability.
  • •Lead CPI initiatives, including value engineering opportunities, annual targets, and continuous improvement based on field feedback and data analysis.
  • •Coordinate technical work as the single point of contact, working with R&D, production, quality, service, and supply chain, and participating in relevant project review meetings.
  • •Lead complex CPI projects as Project Leader and ensure cross-functional alignment, resource availability, and closure of cases.
  • •Drive technology transfer and dual manufacturing projects, support localization/industrialization, define test plans for lab/field validation, and ensure compliance through documentation, deviation/change, and safety/legal risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with 7–12 years of R&D/product engineering experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with Pro-Engineer Creo, Teamcenter, and M3.
  • •Strong engineering background in material selection, design concept development, manufacturing process, and structural design of weldment components.
  • •Ability to prepare and release bill of materials and manage engineering changes, including drawings with GD&T.
  • •Good communicator who can lead activities, motivate cross-functional teams, multitask, and build a collaborative working culture.
